Sean Y. Griffin
Sean is a former economic developer, entrepreneur and car wash owner/operator. Before entering the car wash business, Sean founded the first mobile shredding company in South Carolina, which he grew and sold to publicly traded Iron Mountain a Fortune 1000 company.In 2004 he built and operated one of the first Flex Serve car washes in the U.S. before joining CarWashKing.com in 2021. Sean brings a wealth of real world, business owner experience to the table with three decades of hands-on expertise in site selection, building, managing and selling his own start up companies.
His background in general business as well as both Flex Serve and Express Tunnel car wash platforms, provides clients with a unique perspective and expertise throughout the entire sales process.
He has B.S. degree in Political Science from Arizona State University, as well as a Master's in International Business from The Thunderbird School of Global Management. Sean is also a member of the International Business Brokers (IBBA), Carolinas Virginia Business Brokers (CVBBA) Associations, M&A Source, Alliance of M&A Advisors and is a licensed South Carolina Real Estate Agent.
Sean currently lives in Charleston, South Carolina. He is also a NAUI scuba diving instructor and enjoys all watersports especially sailing, kiteboarding and efoiling.
