Jason Cellura
Jason was previously the Chief Development Officer for Spotless Brands where he was responsible for all aspects of M&A, real estate site selection, acquisition and development, and led that company's growth from 25 to 125 units in two years. Prior to Spotless, Jason was Vice President of Corporate Development for Austin Fitness Group, one of the largest area developers and franchisees in the Orangetheory Fitness system, where he led M&A, real estate strategy and budgeting. Jason began his career as an investment banker at Sagent Advisors before transitioning into private equity with Gryphon Investors and later launching several tech-enabled businesses. He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University and received his MBA from The University of Notre Dame.
